Privacy & Cookies
Updated 9 October 2026. This notice covers the CognitiveAI Labs parent website and its demo enquiry form. Linked product websites may have their own notices.
Who to contact
CognitiveAI Labs manages enquiries submitted on this website. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@cognitiveai-labs.com.
Minimal cookies
The public homepage and these information pages do not set cookies through the website application. We do not include analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Partner logos are served locally; external websites are contacted only when you follow their links.
The demo form and administrative login use a first-party session cookie, cailabs_admin, for form security and session management. It expires at the end of the browser session, is HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, and is marked Secure when served over HTTPS. Browsers may restore session cookies when restoring a session. Blocking it prevents form submission and administrative login. No optional-cookie consent banner is needed for this application’s current essential-only design. If optional tracking is introduced, it must remain off until the visitor makes the applicable consent choice.
Your hosting provider may maintain security or operational logs and infrastructure cookies separately from this application. The website operator must keep this notice aligned with the hosting configuration.
What we collect and why
For a demo request we collect your organisation, contact name, email, optional telephone number, product interest and the problem you describe. We record the request reference, receipt time and acknowledged notice version. We use this information to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and understand your use case. We do not enrol you in marketing through this form.
Do not submit patient information, health records, passwords or confidential datasets. A demo enquiry does not require them. Server security logs may include IP addresses, request times and browser information; these support website operation and abuse prevention.
Access and storage
Enquiries are stored in the website’s MySQL database and available to authorised administrators. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell demo contact information. International hosting or support arrangements must be assessed by the operator before use, with appropriate safeguards where required.
Retention
The enquiry database removes records older than 365 days when a demo request is processed or the enquiry dashboard is opened. An administrator can delete an enquiry earlier, including in response to an appropriate request. Hosting logs, backups and subsequent correspondence are managed separately; deletion from the enquiry database does not instantly remove copies from backups. If an enquiry becomes an ongoing service engagement, its correspondence is handled under the relevant service arrangements.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or to withdraw your request for follow-up. Requests are considered under applicable law and may require proportionate identity verification. You may raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority, including Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner where applicable.
